Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 1/2- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make caramel sweet potatoes

Step 1place sweet potatoes in a dutch oven, cover with water. bring to a boil. reduce heat,cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until crisp tender.

Step 2drain and transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. bake, uncovered, at 325 for 15 minutes.

Step 3meanwhile, in a small sauce pan, combine the remaining ingredients. bring to a boil. pour over potatoes. bake 5 minutes until glazed.
