Ingredients

1 cup flour (minus 2 tbsp of the flour)
2 fluid corn starch (replaces the 2 tbsp of flour you took out)

How To Make cake flour

Step 1

Put 1 cup of flour in sifter and sift 4 or 5 times.

Step 2

Remove 2 TBSP of the Flour. (just put back in canister or bag)
Step 3

Add 2 TBSP of Cornstarch.
Step 4

Sift again at least 2 times, then you have cake flour to use!
