- 2 pounds powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup icing base
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon meringue powder
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make butter cream frosting

Step 1Place all ingredients in a large bowl

Step 2Beat with mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes

Step 3Scrape sides of bowl after 3 minutes then continue mixing

Step 4Separate and add food coloring to obtain desired colors
