Ingredients
- 1 - stick of butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 12 ounces bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate square
How To Make buckeyes

Step 1With electric mixer cream butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Refrigerate over night or for several hours but over night works best.

Step 2Form peanut butter into small-medium ball and place on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. insert tooth picks into each one of the peanut butter balls. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.

Step 3Microwave both chocolates and some parfine wax shavings in a small microwave safe sauce pan melt until smooth with no lumps. Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate using the toothpick as a handle. after cooled pull buckeyes off of wax paper and place on a pan. Allow to cool and the chocolate to set overnight.
