1stick of butter

1 cpeanut butter

2 cpowdered sugar

12 ozbag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 ozunsweetened chocolate square
How to Make BUCKEYES
- With electric mixer cream butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Refrigerate over night or for several hours but over night works best.
- Form peanut butter into small-medium ball and place on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper. insert tooth picks into each one of the peanut butter balls. Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
- Microwave both chocolates and some parfine wax shavings in a small microwave safe sauce pan melt until smooth with no lumps. Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate using the toothpick as a handle. after cooled pull buckeyes off of wax paper and place on a pan. Allow to cool and the chocolate to set overnight.
