- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Nestlé toll house unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour (microwave or oven method)
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts (toast them if you have 5 extra minutes; raw is fine too)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
How To Make brownie walnut delights
-
Step 1Mix butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.
-
Step 2Stir in milk, vanilla, and salt.
-
Step 3Add cocoa powder and heat-treated flour.
-
Step 4Mix until it looks like thick brownie batter.
-
Step 5Fold in the walnuts.
-
Step 6Roll into 1-inch balls and chill 20 minutes.
-
Step 7After the 20-minute chill, gently roll each ball in a small bowl of powdered sugar. It sticks perfectly to the fudgy outside and gives that classic “crinkle brownie” look + a sweet little snow-dusted bite.
