How to Make Breakfast lemon loaf
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and lemon juice with an electric mixer until it resembles a creamy, almost liquid batter.
- Pour the batter into a 8 x 6, 2 inch deep, glass baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely, turn out onto a cutting board or wax paper, and cut into squares. This makes a great breakfast kind of cake. It's a bit dense, but has a lovely, light lemon flavor to it.
