Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1-8oz package cool whip
  • 1-31/4 oz package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour

How To Make big gramma's cream puff's (i'm big gramma)

  • Step 1
    Combine water, butter, salt and bring to a boil. Add flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until it forms a ball. Remove from heat add eggs 1 at a time beating smooth after each one.
  • Step 2
    Spoon 10 balls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 45 Min. They will be deep golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Cool.
  • Step 3
    Mix pudding with 1 1/2 c. milk follow other instructions on the box. Then add cool whip. Cut puffs in two and stuff with cream pudding. Place tops back on puffs with cream and pour or drizzle chocolate over top.
