Banana Split Fluff

Julie Jarrell Bailey

- This recipe is quick and easy, with amounts of ingredients flexible and forgiving.
- You can also reduce the amount of sugar intake by switching to sugar-free pudding and sugar-free Cool Whip.
- The listed optional ingredients were not used in this photo, however, have been many times over. Add other ingredients to customize your family's preference.
- I also make an Orange Fluff version of this using 1) vanilla instant pudding instead of banana; 2) eliminate pineapple, coconut and fruit cocktail, replacing with 2 cans Mandarin Oranges; 3) include a small box of orange jello.

How to Make Banana Split Fluff

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill for at least an hour before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  2. NOTE: adjust the fruits/nuts to amounts you and your family prefer. If your family doesn't like one of the ingredients, simply omit it. I typically adjust this recipe according to what I have in my pantry.
