Ingredients
- 1 - big can condensed milk
- 3 - eggyolks
- 2 tablespoons sugar ( for caramel) the amount of sugar depends upon the shape and size of your mold.
How To Make baked leche flan

Step 1Combine the milk and yolks then mix well until fully combined. Set aside. Set the oven at 180 degrees celcius to preheat it.

Step 2Melt the sugar in a molder then let it cool.

Step 3Pour in the milk and yolk mixture.

Step 4To bake it get a big baking pan then put water in it then put the leche flan that we are going to cook in the molder, cover it with aluminum foil and bake for 40-60 minutes or until done.
