Badam Halwa

Vasupradha Raghav-Vasudevan

My cousin is pregnant with her second kid and all that she likes has to do with Almonds!!
(what better way to celebrate, right??)

Hence I learned this traditional recipe from my mom (an expert at making halwas - the ooey gooey sinful dessert series of India) and converted it to the american standards!!

Hail Halwa and Let's rejoice together...

I am shipping it to her's a complete surprise...don't let her know!! :) :)
