  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water

    Peel one medium size apple. Cut fruit from core. Disgard core. Chop apple into bite size pieces.
  • Step 2
    Place chopped apple into a microwavable soup cup. Add cinnamon (if using splenda or sugar add at this time) and stir, coating apples. Add water.
