Step 2Place chopped apple into a microwavable soup cup. Add cinnamon (if using splenda or sugar add at this time) and stir, coating apples. Add water.

Step 3Place cup in microvave for 2 minutes. Check after 1 minute, apples should be soft but not apple sauce, microwave times and temps very.
