How to Make apple pie w/o the crust, about 100 calories


  1. Peel one medium size apple. Cut fruit from core. Disgard core. Chop apple into bite size pieces.
  2. Place chopped apple into a microwavable soup cup. Add cinnamon (if using splenda or sugar add at this time) and stir, coating apples. Add water.
  3. Place cup in microvave for 2 minutes. Check after 1 minute, apples should be soft but not apple sauce, microwave times and temps very.
