Ingredients

  • 2 cups urad daal
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 5-6 tablespoons raw rice
  • 1/4 kilogram ghee

How To Make almond urad laddo

  • Step 1
    fry urad daal nd raw rice in low flame .until it turns into brownish color.keep aside for 10 minutes
  • Step 2
    then processes it in mixer with almonds.then take mixer add sugar make it powder seperately .these mixtures should be fine powder.
  • Step 3
    then mix the two mixtures of urad daal..nd sugar.then make laddoes in medium size with the help of ghee .if u want very smooth then add more ghee.if u want little bit hard u can reduce the ghee .
