Ingredients

2 coatmeal, uncooked
-
1 calmonds, sliced
-
1 ccoconut, shredded & sweetened

1 stickbutter, melted
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, light

1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

1 Tbspalmond extract
How to Make Almond Coconut Granola
- combine the oatmeal, almonds and coconut, spread out on a flat sheet and bake at 350 for about 15 mins...mixing half way
- meanwhile,melt the butter with the brown sugar mix well, add the vanilla and almond extract. set aside
- take out the granola mix from the oven and let cool ( about 5 mins) in a large bowl toss with the butter mixture and then spread out evenly in a large baking dish....put back in oven at 350 another 15-20 mins.....let cool...top your favorite yogurt, ice cream or just enjoy alone....yummy to the tummy
