Ingredients
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate morsels (12 oz)
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 1/2 cups Nutella hazelnut spread with cocoa
How To Make 2 ingredient nutella fudge
-
Step 1Line the inside of an 8x8-inch square baking pan with Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Non-Stick Aluminum Foil, then set the pan aside.
-
Step 2Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mixing bowl. (I placed the chocolate chips in a 2-quart Pampered Chef Bowl, then heated/melted the chocolate chips for 30 seconds on power level 5. I then removed the bowl, stirred the chocolate chip, and repeated this process two more times, and found the chocolate chips had completely melted.) Now add the 1-1/2 cups of nutella; mix well to combine.
-
Step 3I then poured the melted chocolate into the pan that I lined with aluminum foil, and used a spoon to spread the melted chocolate evenly in pan.
-
Step 4I then placed the pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour and 30 minutes, to help firm up the fudge. I then inverted the pan onto a cutting board, peeled away the tin foil, and cut into desired squares.
-
Step 5I did freeze pieces of fudge in separate Freezer Ziploc Sandwich Bags, so I could remove desired pieces as needed; 30 minutes prior to serving.
-
Step 6*Note: When melting the chocolate chips in the microwave, my microwave is a 1,000 watt-microwave. Lower wattage microwaves do vary when melting chocolate chips.
