- 1/8 large fresh watermelon
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
How To Make weight watchers watermelon pops

Step 1cut flesh from watermelon rind and remove seeds.

Step 2blend flesh until liquid (you should have 4 cups of liquid). stir in lemon juice or sugar or honey if using.

Step 3pour into 5 fluid ounce paper cups, leaving space at the top so they don't overflow.

Step 4stick a wooden popsicle stick into each cup. freeze for serevral hours. to eat, just peel off paper cup.
