These are easy to make and dispite the added sugar quite good for you. In addition to vitamin C, strawberries also provide an excellent source of vitamin K and manganese, as well as folic acid, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, copper, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids. - 3/4 cup strawberries
- 3/4 cup yogurt, vanilla
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make strawberry yogurt pops

Step 1Mash strawberries and add sugar. mix and set aside for an hour.

Step 2Mix the strawberrys with the yougurt and fill 6 Tupperware popsicle molds and freeze until firm
