These are easy to make and dispite the added sugar quite good for you.

In addition to vitamin C, strawberries also provide an excellent source of vitamin K and manganese, as well as folic acid, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, copper, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids.

  1. Mash strawberries and add sugar. mix and set aside for an hour.
  2. Mix the strawberrys with the yougurt and fill 6 Tupperware popsicle molds and freeze until firm
