These are easy to make and dispite the added sugar quite good for you. In addition to vitamin C, strawberries also provide an excellent source of vitamin K and manganese, as well as folic acid, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, copper, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids. I made these today so will post picture soon

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup strawberries
  • 3/4 cup yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How To Make strawberry yogurt pops

  • Step 1
    Mash strawberries and add sugar. mix and set aside for an hour.
  • Step 2
    Mix the strawberrys with the yougurt and fill 6 Tupperware popsicle molds and freeze until firm
