Ingredients

  • 10 oz
    pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 2 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 c
    port wine or fruit juice or soda pop or kool ade
  • 1 c
    dairy sour cream
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt

How to Make Strawberry Kiss'n Tell Sherbet

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush thawed strawberries thoroughly. Combine marshmallows with wine and stir over very low heat until marshmallows are completely melted; cool.
  2. Stir in strawberries, sour cream and salt.
    Pour into a freezer tray and freeze until barely firm.
    Spoon into sherbet glasses and serve.
