How to Make Strawberry Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the strawberries to fit into the measuring cups better and put in a food processor. I use my small Ninja for this step.
  2. Pulse until rough chopped, your preference how small.
  3. In a med bowl with an electric mixer, mix the milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Stir in heavy cream,vanilla,strawberries. Chill for 2 hours.
  5. Process in your ice cream maker for recommended time. Mine is 20 minutes
