Fruity Faux Ice Cream

Nor M.

I decided to share this recipe with everyone because it is really good and so easy. This is a tasty alternative to ice cream. You need just a few simple ngredients to make a tasty frozen treat. It can also be made dairy free. I have made the plain banana version. My version is a little bit different than other versions. I also decided to add Other fruits this time. You can add any fruit of your choice. You could add blueberries raspberries peaches etc. The results are even tastier. Dig in and enjoy!

  • 2Add in the milk, sugar, frozen fruit, and vanilla. Blend until thick and smooth.
  • 3Serve right away or Pour into a bowl or ziplock bag. freeze for 15 min -1/2 hour. When it is partially frozen.scoop or Snip the corner with scissors. Squeeze in to serving dish like soft serve ice cream. It will be slightly soft. Serve with chocolate syrup, nuts etc. if desired.
  • 4Note: if you forget about it and it freezes a really long time.such as overnight. It will get very hard. Place in microwave and soften. Then break it up. Put back in blender/ food processor. Add a little milk of choice. Blend until it looks like soft serve ice cream. Then you are set to eat it again. It hits the spot. It makes you feel like you had something sinful when you when you didn't.
