How to Make Saucy Peach glaze
- Melt butter in heavy sauce pan
- add brown sugar and stir until completely incorporated with the butter
- Add the peach champagne; stir and bring to boil. While stirring continue to boil for approx. 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and allow the mixture to reduce. I let mine go for about 30 to 40 mins.
- Once cooked allow to cool. Store covered in the refrigerator.
