As a special treat, when I was a kid, my grandmother did this for me. When I was married, say some 30++ years ago, my husband thought this was just awful. He still shakes his head at it! I LOVE it!!!

How To Make rice and cream

Step 1

Make sure your rice is nice and hot. Put it in a bowl, then pile on as much ice cream as you want! I really like Meadows coconut custard on mine.

Step 2

Let it melt a little bit then eat and enjoy!
