raz'anana "smushy"
Part Smoothie, part slushy, this drink is refreshing for any time! By adding a few things, this is a great Breakfast drink, or by itself, a refreshing beverage thicker than a drink, but not quite there for a thicker smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 - banana, frozen and broken into chunks
- 1 cup (8oz) strawberry yogurt or (plain low fat yogurt)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or blackberries)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or splenda packet
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (or a dash)
- 3/4 cup apple juice or orange juice
- 1/4 cup splash cranberry juice, about 2-3 tbsp
- 1/2 cup ice, about 5 or so
- OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ADD FOR BREAKFAST DRINK
- 1/4 cup cooked quick oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 1 tablespoon benefiber
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
How To Make raz'anana "smushy"

Step 1Pour banana into blender and pulse a few times. Add raspberries and blueberries and half of the ice and pulse. Add juice, honey, cinnamon and rest of ice and blend about 15-30 seconds. Add a splash more juice if needed.

Step 2For Breakfast drink: After above has been completed, add oatmeal, flax and benefiber if you wish, and blend about 15 seconds to combine.
