Part Smoothie, part slushy, this drink is refreshing for any time! By adding a few things, this is a great Breakfast drink, or by itself, a refreshing beverage thicker than a drink, but not quite there for a thicker smoothie.
1Pour banana into blender and pulse a few times. Add raspberries and blueberries and half of the ice and pulse. Add juice, honey, cinnamon and rest of ice and blend about 15-30 seconds. Add a splash more juice if needed.
2For Breakfast drink:
After above has been completed, add oatmeal, flax and benefiber if you wish, and blend about 15 seconds to combine.
