This parfet makes a great snack, dessert, Instead of using buttermilk or yogurt you could use vanilla ice cream or even mint ice cream

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces raspberries devided by 4
  • 1 can peach nectar
  • 1/2 can buttermilk or frozen yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 - freshly made or frozen waffels
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts devided by 4
  • 1 - 12 ounces peaches, canned

How To Make raspberry peach parfet

  • Step 1
    Toast waffels to a light and crispy
  • Step 2
    Put buttermilk or frozen yogurt in a blender, blend well.
  • Step 3
    Get 4 parfet glasses ready
  • Step 4
    Cut the waffels in half, put 2 halves in each glass.
  • Step 5
    Pour raspberries over the waffels saving a few out for garnish.
  • Step 6
    Pour some of the buttermilk peach nectar mixture over the raspberries. Then add the peaches and pour the rest of the buttermilk peach nectar mixture.
  • Step 7
    Garnish with the rest of the raspberries. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzel with honey. Enjoy.
