- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 3/4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup raisins
How To Make pumpkin pie ice cream

Step 1Beat pumpkin with sugar, spices, lemon juice & evaporated milk.

Step 2Beat cream until thickened, then fold into pumpkin mixture.

Step 3Chill for 1 hour.

Step 4Freeze churn until ready, adding raisins just before churning is complete.

Step 5Serve immediately or store in freeze to cure.
