Ingredients

  • 1 c
    thick pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 3/4 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    raisins

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat pumpkin with sugar, spices, lemon juice & evaporated milk.
  2. Beat cream until thickened, then fold into pumpkin mixture.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Freeze churn until ready, adding raisins just before churning is complete.
  5. Serve immediately or store in freeze to cure.
