I found this in my mother's recipe box. I don't know where it came from but it is very good and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 tubes ritz crackers crushed
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream softened
- 2 packages instant pistachio pudding mix (small) dry
- 8 ounces cool whip topping
- 2 - butterfinger bars crushed
How To Make pistachio dessert

Step 1Placed crushed crackers in 9x13 pan and add melted butter. Form a crust in the bottom of the pan.

Step 2Mix softened ice cream with dry pudding mix. Pour over crust. Cover with cool whip topping. Sprinkle with crushed Butterfinger bars.

Step 3Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
