Patriotic Popping Sundaes with Cinnamon Naan

It's not often dessert is fun, but this one is! The cinnamon sugar naan is crisp and buttery. Sweet and creamy vanilla ice cream is a great contrast to the tart raspberry syrup. Blueberries and raspberries add patriotic colors. But what's the most fun is the pop rock candies. They add a fun and festive element of surprise. The Test Kitchen
1 pkgof two naan flatbreads
1/4 cmelted butter
1/3 cgranulated sugar
1 ptfresh red raspberries, rinsed
2 Tbspgranulated sugar
1 ptfresh blueberries, rinsed
1 qtvanilla ice cream (or your favorite flavor)
2 pkgpopping rocks candies (I used blue color)
How to Make Patriotic Popping Sundaes with Cinnamon Naan
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- To assemble your sundae, Place 3-4 naan cinnamon chips in bottom of bowl. Top with a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with a little of the mashed raspberries. Then top with whole raspberries and blueberries. FInally, when ready to serve, sprinkle with a little of the popping candy... big bang ! Serve any extra cinnamon naan chips on the side .
