mango season ice box bars
Mango season always leaves me with more mango than I know what to do with (especially because people keep bringing you mangoes and you don't want to be rude and say that you're overdosing on them). SO, I started making little treats for my son with the mangoes before they got too masa and went to waste. I always feel bad when mangoes don't get shown any love!

- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
How To Make mango season ice box bars
-
Step 1Cut mangoes in half, remove the skin, and seed. (You can chop them in little cubes to blend them faster too).
-
Step 2Blend mangoes and 2 cups of vanilla yogurt to desired consistency. (You can make it as chunky or as smooth an icebox bar as you want.)
-
Step 3Pour the mixture into any freezable container you want (little ice cube trays work just fine and are perfect for my one-year-old). You can also use those plastic popsicle containers that are already made. It really doesn't matter. If you're using small ice cube trays, you can insert popsicle sticks while they freeze.
-
Step 4Freeze until solid and serve! No mangoes wasted! :)
