I'm on a low carb diet and sometimes I need a milk shake this is just the one only 2 grams of carb per cup

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder 1 gram of carbs per scoop
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk 1 gram of carbs per 1 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • - 4 or 5 ice cubes

How To Make low carb vanilla shake

  • Step 1
    Put everything in the blender. Blend till thick and smooth.
