I wanted to make graniti, so I decided on something green when I saw on line a lime coconut drink thought this would be perfect!!! So not only for st.pattys day I thought what a great refreshing treat for a summer luau!
Adding rum will make a nice cocktail.

How to Make Lime in the Coconut Graniti

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients well in container.
    Pour into cold glass dish (kept in freezer for half hour before) Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer.
  2. Scrap with fork every 45min. til no longer liquid.
    About 4-5 hours this should take.
    Serve in pretty glasses for a nice refreshing treat or palet cleanser.
  3. Coconut water very healthy for you.
    I use concentrated limeade to make my limeade, has a nice tart taste.
