Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pint half-and-half

How To Make lemon gelato

  • Step 1
    Combine lemon juice , zest and sugar into a medium bowl amd stir well. Let stand for 30 minutes. Add half-and-half and stir. Pour mixture into the container of an ice cream maker and follow directions for freezing. Pack the ice cream into a container, cover and freeze for 24 hours. Makes 3-4 servings.
