Keiffer is sold in the dairy section at whole foods. It is also know at other places as Glen Oaks strawberry drinkable yogurt

It is a probiotic drink and is a thick yet drinkable yogurt.

The juice is also a probiotic juice.

This is a very healthy aternative for those sugary popsicles. More like a yogurt fruit popsicle.

And the best part they are a mere 45 calories each

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    strawberry keiffer (dairy isle)
  • 1/3 c
    raspberry keiffer
  • 1/2 c
    bolthouse farms blue goodness drink ( fresh juice isle)

How to Make Fruit and Keiffer Probiotic Popsicles

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the three together well and pour into popsicle containers and wait over night or at least 6 hours for freezing to occure
  2. mix has has 270 calories
    100 from strawberry keifer
    85 from raspberry keifer
    85 from blue goodness

    270 calories divided by 6 = 45 calories each
