This is a no brainer assembly and no bake dessert and it comes from Jody Koerber from Taste of Home mag. I wish I had thought of it first.

Ingredients
- 19 medium ice cream sandwiches (or enough to fit a 13x9 inch pan in 2 layers)
- 12 ounces container whipped frozen topping, thawed
- 11 3/4 ounces jar hot fudge ice cream topping
- 1 cup salted peanuts
How To Make ice cream sandwich dessert

Step 1Arrange a layer of ice cream sandwiches on the 9x13x2 pan, you will probably have to cut some of the ice cream sandwiches on the end to make them fit.

Step 2Spread with half the whipped topping, spoon fudge topping on whipped topping, sprinkle with 1/2 of the nuts.

Step 3repeat layer of ice cream sandwich, whipped topping, and rest of peanuts.

Step 4Freeze, then cover tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.

Step 5Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.
