ice cream seems to be a favorite in this family, and i'm always trying different recipes, a friend passed this recipe to me, and i tried it out on my brother in-law, he loved it!!! (he's a quite the handy man ) so now when i need work to be done, I use this dish to barter with!!

Ingredients

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unfrosted corn flakes
1/2 cup coconut

How To Make ice cream pie

Step 1

butter a pie dish

Step 2

sprinkle brown sugar , on bottom of dish, sprinkle the cornflakes on top of sugar sprinkle the coconut on top of cornflakes
Step 3

scoop the ice cream out of carton n place heaping spoonfuls on top of sugar/coconut/cornflake mixture when all ice cream is in dish , repeat step 2
Step 4

when complete cover and refrigerate for atleast one hr, and serve.....
