Pudding makes everything better, never boring- it's smooth and silky and always leaves you wanting more. This recipe can be changed up to suit your flavor preference. There are hundreds of combinations. Last year I used pumpkin ice cream and cheesecake pudding it was very , very delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup soda cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream
  • 2 large pkgs.(6 oz. each) french vanilla or butterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces tub thawed cool whip
  • 1/4 cup butter brickle crunchy bits, optional

How To Make ice cream dessert

  • Step 1
    Mix together the graham and soda cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a small bowl mixing like pie crust and pat into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350^ for 12-15 minutes. Soften the ice cream;set aside. In a large bowl blend the puddings and the 1 cup of milk and mix well until starting to thicken; add to soft ice cream and blend well. Pour into cooled crust and spread top with Cool Whip nd sprinkle top with butter brickle, if desired.
