Ingredients

  • 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 340 grams light cream (canned)
  • 7 tablespoons light cream cheese
  • some - crushed whole wheat biscuits
  • - melted dark chocolate for garnish

How To Make ice cream cake

  • Step 1
    blend first 3 ingredients until smooth
  • Step 2
    cover a tall pan (bread pan) with cling film or plastic
  • Step 3
    crush the biscuits by hand in the prepared pan
  • Step 4
    pour the cream mixture over the biscuits
  • Step 5
    freeze it for 12 hour then flip it in a plate and garnish with chocolate sauce -cut it into slices
