How to Make ice cream cake
- blend first 3 ingredients until smooth
- cover a tall pan (bread pan) with cling film or plastic
- crush the biscuits by hand in the prepared pan
- pour the cream mixture over the biscuits
- freeze it for 12 hour then flip it in a plate and garnish with chocolate sauce -cut it into slices
