Ingredients
- 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 340 grams light cream (canned)
- 7 tablespoons light cream cheese
- some - crushed whole wheat biscuits
- - melted dark chocolate for garnish
How To Make ice cream cake

Step 1blend first 3 ingredients until smooth

Step 2cover a tall pan (bread pan) with cling film or plastic

Step 3crush the biscuits by hand in the prepared pan

Step 4pour the cream mixture over the biscuits

Step 5freeze it for 12 hour then flip it in a plate and garnish with chocolate sauce -cut it into slices
