fruity soft serve and/or ice cream
This recipe is so easy you will want to try all the different fruits- fresh or canned to make delicious ice cream/soft serve. Just use same recipe and substitute different fruit...or mix and match your favorite..I like strawberries and banana... My family loves them all...making strawberry when this one is gone...

Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup dairy buttermilk
- 1/4 cup half and half
How To Make fruity soft serve and/or ice cream

Step 1Slice bananas in 1/2 inch slices and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheer. Place in freezer for 4 hours.

Step 2Remove frozen banana slices and place in blender, add sugar,vanilla and buttermilk. Pulse to blend mixture. You may need to use a wooden spoon to push bananas down to mix.

Step 3After mixture begins to blend;slowly add the half and half while blender is running. Blend until mixture is smooth only..if you blend too long it will become liquid.

Step 4Place mixture in bowl of other container and freeze for 15 minutes for soft serve.Freeze overnight for ice cream texture. Any leftovers keep in freezer....Enjoy!
