Taste of Home has some fabulous recipes. This is from their "Light & Tasty" magazine. This would be great to "treat" on , on a hot summer evening while sitting on the front porch.

Ingredients
- 2 packages 16 oz. each frozen, unsweetened mixed fruit
- 2 - cartons, (6 oz ea.) reduced fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 medium ripe banana cut in 1/4" slices and frozen
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetner)
How To Make frozen fruit delight

Step 1Microwave each bag of fruit seperately in a microwave safe dish, at 50% power for 1 minute

Step 2In a blender or food processor, place 1/2 of the ingredients ( 1 bag fruit, 1 cont. yogurt, 1/2 of bananas and 1 tbs. sugar ) and process until smooth. Mixture will be thick. Repeat with second half of ingredients.

Step 3Serve immediately, or freeze for up to 4 hours.
