french vanilla ice cream
I have my sis and her hubby coming for the weekend and I am cooking up a storm!! Just finished a batch of this ice cream to go with the blueberry cake I'm baking.Its their 30 year anniversary and my DH's birthday!! * My own pic

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups light cream.....i only had whipping cream so i used that.
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make french vanilla ice cream

Step 1In a large pot beat the eggs with the 2 cups of milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly til thickened and coats the back of a spoon.Approx 10 -15 mins. Remove from heat. Cool. Add the cream and vanilla. Stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight .The next day follow your ice cream maker instructions.
