French Vanilla Ice Cream
Just finished a batch of this ice cream to go with the blueberry cake I'm baking.Its their 30 year anniversary and my DH's birthday!!

How to Make French Vanilla Ice Cream
- In a large pot beat the eggs with the 2 cups of milk. Cook over low heat stirring constantly til thickened and coats the back of a spoon.Approx 10 -15 mins.
Remove from heat. Cool. Add the cream and vanilla. Stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight .The next day follow your ice cream maker instructions.
