- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
How To Make easy rasberry ice cream

Step 1place raspberries and lemon zest in a food processor fitted with steel blade .Process using on/off pulsing action about 25 seconds or until raspberries resemble coarse crumbs.

Step 2Add sgar process using on/off pulsing action until smooth. With processor running, add cream, processing until well blended . Serve imediately!
