Ingredients

5 largewhole eggs (not just the yolks)

1/2 csugar
-
2 Tbspvanilla extract

1 stickvanilla bean

1 cheavy cream
-
2 cmilk (whole or 2%)

FOR FLAVORING YOUR CUSTARD

6 pkgandy's mints chopped
-
1/2 chot fudge topping
-
TOPPINGS
-
1 jar(s)maraschino cherries (you will only use a few)
-
1 smallcontainer of whipped cream (or you can make your own)
-
CHOCOLATE DECORATIONS AND MARTINI GLASS RIM

1/2 cmelted red candy melts
-
1/4 cred candy crystals
How to Make Cupid's Martini (Frozen Custard)
- Dip the rim of your martini glass in melted chocolate then press on sugar crystals.
To melt the chocolate place over a bain marie (double boiler)
two scoops per glass, garnish by striping with heated hot fudge, whipped cream cherry and a Andy's mint.
With the extra melted chocolate you can make hearts, X's and O's ...what every you wish :)
