diet margarine
1 1/2 c
non-fat dry milk
2/3 c
cocoa powder
1 c
sugar(artificial equivalent)
1/3 c
evaporated non-fat milk
2 Tbsp
1 c
rice krispies
1/4 c

How to Make Crunchy Chocolate Raisin Fudge


  • 1Mix margarine and milk powder until crumbly.
  • 2Add cocoa and artificial sweetener, Mix until blended.
  • 3Add evaporated milk and vanilla.
  • 4Mix until almost smooth and sticky.
  • 5Remove from bowl and mix in Rice Kris-pies with hands.
  • 6Continue mixing with hands until fudge is smooth and shiny.
  • 7Shape into 2 to 10 inches long rolls, Wrap in clear plastic wrap.
  • 8Chill until firm, To serve, cut into ½ inch thick slices.
  • 9Store in refrigerator.
