Ingredients
- 1/4 cup diet margarine
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat dry milk
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar(artificial equivalent)
- 1/3 cup evaporated non-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 cup rice krispies
- 1/4 cup raisins
How To Make crunchy chocolate raisin fudge

Step 1Mix margarine and milk powder until crumbly.

Step 2Add cocoa and artificial sweetener, Mix until blended.

Step 3Add evaporated milk and vanilla.

Step 4Mix until almost smooth and sticky.

Step 5Remove from bowl and mix in Rice Kris-pies with hands.

Step 6Continue mixing with hands until fudge is smooth and shiny.

Step 7Shape into 2 to 10 inches long rolls, Wrap in clear plastic wrap.

Step 8Chill until firm, To serve, cut into ½ inch thick slices.
