Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup diet margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat dry milk
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar(artificial equivalent)
  • 1/3 cup evaporated non-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 cup rice krispies
  • 1/4 cup raisins

How To Make crunchy chocolate raisin fudge

  • Step 1
    Mix margarine and milk powder until crumbly.
  • Step 2
    Add cocoa and artificial sweetener, Mix until blended.
  • Step 3
    Add evaporated milk and vanilla.
  • Step 4
    Mix until almost smooth and sticky.
  • Step 5
    Remove from bowl and mix in Rice Kris-pies with hands.
  • Step 6
    Continue mixing with hands until fudge is smooth and shiny.
  • Step 7
    Shape into 2 to 10 inches long rolls, Wrap in clear plastic wrap.
  • Step 8
    Chill until firm, To serve, cut into ½ inch thick slices.
  • Step 9
    Store in refrigerator.
