Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 jar (9.5 oz.) hot fudge sauce
- - whipped cream
- - french vanilla ice cream
- - maraschino cherries, chopped nuts, sprinkles etc. (optional)
How To Make cookie ice cream sundaes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.

Step 2Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture and stir in chocolate chips.

Step 3Press cookie dough into greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 4Cool slightly and cut into squares. Place cookie square on a dessert plate and top with 1 scoop of French vanilla ice cream, drizzle with hot fudge. Spray with canned whipped cream and garnish with nuts, cherries, etc. if desired.
