Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 small pinch fleur de sel
- 2 cups cold 35% heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
How To Make chocolate ice cream

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt; stir and set aside.

Step 2In the bowl of a stand mixer, add heavy cream and process until stiff peaks form.

Step 3Fold a third of the whipped cream into the milk-chocolate mixture then add it to the remaining heavy cream, folding gently. Add dark and white chocolate pieces including any dust or slivers left on the cutting board; gently fold in.

Step 4Pour the mixture into a 2 quart ice cream tub, cover and transfer to the freezer for at least 12 to 24 hours or until frozen.
