How to Make Chocolate Clouds
- Use mixer and mix all 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Use a glass or plastic bowl, do not use metal. Freeze for 2 hours. Take out of freezer and beat clouds for 10 minutes. It should double in size and becomes light in color. Refreeze 4-6 hours.
- This will taste like frozen chocolate mouse.
If you can't find the Hershy's syrup can, you can use 1/2 a bottle of Hershy's syrup used for ice cream topping.
