chocolate banana popsicles

These pops are rich, creamy and so good, but when you've gotten very ripe bananas hanging out in the house and you don't want to spend the time making banana bread this is a great, no-fuss way to use them.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 - ripe banana
How To Make chocolate banana popsicles

Step 1In a small microwavable container stir together sweetened condensed milk and water; add unsweetened chocolate and cook 1 minute. Stir to combine. If the chocolate is not completely melted cook in 10 second intervals until melted when stirred.

Step 2In a blender puree the chocolate mixture with the browns sugar and banana until smooth.

Step 3Divide mixture among four 3-ounce plastic cups. Place wooden craft sticks in the middle of each cup. Freeze at least 8 hours, straightening craft sticks after a few hours, if needed. Tips & Tricks To remove pops, run hot water over the outside of the plastic cup for a moment or two. To secure stick in upright center position, wrap 4 rubber bands around the cup on each side of the stick.
