My dad gave me this recipe, he made it years ago and I just fell in love with it! I can't count how many times I have made this ice cream...it is my absolute favorite combo of flavors! Chocolate, bananas and nuts, how could you not love it:) I hope you enjoy it as much as I have....HAPPY CRANKING

8 - eggs
4 - bananas
1/2 cup crushed pecans
1 can eagle brand milk
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
- whole milk to make 5 quarts

How To Make chocolate banana nut ice cream

Step 1

I actually mix the recipe right in the ice cream freezer, that way I do not add to much whole milk and over fill the freezer! Saving myself a messy clean up!

Step 2

Mix eggs, sugar, and cocoa together, until well blended
Step 3

Add eagle brand milk and whole milk stirring until well blended
Step 4

Lastly add pecans and bananas, stir until blended
Step 5

Then simply pack your ice cream freezer as needed with your ice and rock salt and either start a "cranking" or if you have the blessing to own an electric freezer plug it in and get ready for some great ice cream!
