This is soooo yummy..... I'm sure you'll love it. However, please be aware that if you substitue the cream cheese and yougurt with no fat, the mixture could separate while freezing.

- 6 - gingerbread cookies
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3,5 ounces cream cheese 15%
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt 10%
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - orange organic
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate
How To Make cheesecake muffin

Step 1Crumble the cookies and divide them in 6 large muffin cups - silikone is recomended.

Step 2Whip egg and sugar fluffy. Mix in cream cheese, yougurt, vanilla and the orange zest from the orange. Save the orange for garnish.

Step 3Divide the mixture in the muffin cups. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Take out 15 min before serving. Gently remove from muffin cup and garnish with chocolate and orange...
