Great dessert for the summer. Simple and cold! Cook time is just time in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups cantaloupe
  • 1/4 cup superfine sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How To Make cantaloupe sorbet

  • Step 1
    Position the knife blade in the food processor bowl; add cantaloup and process until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Combine the cantaloupe puree, sugar, and lemon juice; stir well.
  • Step 3
    Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cover and freeze until almost firm (about 3 hours), stirring occasionally. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
