How to Make Bluesberry Popsicle


  1. Mix together well and pour into 6 old time tupperware popsicle molds. 1/4 cup serving size.

    freeze until solid. at least 6 hours. makes 6 popsicles at calories each.
  2. Since many are dieting here, this is the calories per popsicle
    6 psck total 188 calories
    128 from the blue goodness and 60 from the almond milk

    Total per popsicle is 22 calories
