Ingredients
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 can coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 - avocado
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
How To Make blueberry coconut ice cream

Step 1place all ingredients in blender or food processor. blend until very smooth, adding honey to taste.

Step 2chill mixture by putting the whole blender jar in the fridge.

Step 3when cold, do one more blend to smooth out the now softer coconut.

Step 4run through your ice cream maker according to the instructions witch came with it.

Step 5if you don't have a ice cream freezer, put it in the freezer for 30 minutes and stir.

Step 6repeat the freeze/stir cycle until you have ice cream. top with berries.
